I've not been posting much as it's taken forever to finish off the journal video for running 300km in 6 days frim the Isles Ultra I completed last year.
Good news is that it's complete.
This is the version you can see what it was really like for me across the 6 days. Half the time I am swollen with water retention due to the inflammation, and pasty white from the effort. But this is my account of what it was I went through. I hope you enjoy...
