168. The 300km Hebrides Ultra Video

I've taken a little time off the last few weeks to recover and work on the video of all the footage I took of the monster 300km Ultra Marathon in the Outer Hebrides. I have the 'just trail' version complete (without any epic monologues I am sometimes prone to). This will give you a good idea of what the location, terrain and conditions were really like for us, and how bloody hard it was! Hope you enjoy!
